Hi, I’m Ken Duncan Jr., the photographer behind KD Photography and Design.

Photography, for me, has always been about more than just taking pictures. It’s about capturing the feeling of a moment, the personality of a person, and the story behind it all. Whether I’m working with a business building their brand, a family creating memories, or covering an event full of energy, my goal is always the same, to create images that feel real, natural, and lasting.

After building my business in West Texas, I’ve recently relocated to San Antonio, a city full of culture, history, and stories waiting to be told. Being here has allowed me to connect more deeply with both my work and the people I photograph, and I bring that perspective into every session.

My approach is simple. Be present, pay attention, and let moments unfold naturally. The best photos aren’t forced. They’re felt.

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll usually find me exploring Texas, spending time with my wife and our dogs, or working on personal storytelling projects that combine photography and writing.
